At your free initial consultation, you’ll meet with your clinician to discuss your case, your medical history, any medications you’re taking, and most importantly YOUR GOALS. We want to be certain that our program is going to meet your needs and that there is a HIGH probability of success for you – BEFORE we move forward to the next step.
2. Detailed Assessment & Treatment Plan
.Once your free consultation is complete, and we agree to move forward, your next step is the Intake appointment. At this appointment, your clinician will do a detailed assessment of your symptom pattern, medical history, and other factors to determine the root cause of your issue and devise a specific plan. Your first acupuncture session will be performed at this time, and a you will be given a treatment plan with exact, easy-to-follow instructions. Your treatment plan will include dietary and lifestyle adjustments as well as key supplements and herbal medicines to address the root of YOUR fertility issue
3. Active Treatment
We recommend weekly visits that are custom crafted for each phase of your menstrual cycle. We constantly evaluate your progress via close observation of fertility signs such as BBT, cervical secretions and ease and amount of menstrual flow.
Pregnancy Care
Once you are pregnant we continue weekly treatment until we see a heartbeat. After that we reduce the treatment to every other week, usually ending around 12 weeks. We recommend returning for acupuncture treatments at 37 weeks to prepare your body for a smooth and easy birth. And of course we'll be here to support you throughout the pregnancy should any pregnancy related issue arise like nausea/ vomiting, heartburn, constipation, pelvic or back pain or other ailments.

Batya Prebor, C.N.M, Dipl C.M. Founder and Clinical Director
Batya Prebor (CNM, Dipl. CM) is a trained nurse midwife, a master acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, and a certified EFT practitioner specializing in women’s health and mood disorders.
After completing her studies in chinese medicine at Reidman College she pursued further training in Japanese and Master Tung style acupuncture and completed advanced training in the use of Chinese herbs. She also has specialized training in the treatment of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum and was one of the founders of Share Zedek Medical Center’s acupuncture service in the Labor and Delivery, Post partum and gynecology wards.
